Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
O-Find is intended only for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe a user is under 18.
2. Your account & data
We collect and store (via Supabase and related infrastructure) personal data and preference content needed to run O-Find, including: email for authentication; profile details; O-ID and In-Depth answers; O-Map data; partner connections; direct messages (time-limited); journal content (if you use it); achievements and cosmetics; and subscription/payment metadata. Data is protected by authentication and row-level security. You may export or delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy and in-app settings.
Consistent with the Privacy Policy: we do not sell or license identifiable intimate content as advertising targeting packages or public profiles. We may create and commercialize aggregated / de-identified insights that help fund and improve the product. Absolute statements such as “your data is never sold” are not accurate under that model and are not part of these Terms.
3. Partner connections & sharing
Connections form only when users mutually approve a link (QR or Partner ID). Identifiable preference content shared inside the product is limited to mutually connected partners and your privacy toggles. O-Find does not operate a public discovery feed or follower graph. Sharing of aggregated / de-identified insights outside the product is governed only by the Privacy Policy—not by partner connection.
4. Consent & conduct
O-Find is for consenting adults. You agree not to harass, exploit, or deceive others. Misuse may result in termination. You may remove partners or block users at any time.
5. Intellectual property
O-Find’s name, branding, design, software, and workflows are property of Beyond Evolution Labs LLC. You may not copy, clone, reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from our work without written permission. Aggregated / de-identified insights and research products we create are our intellectual property. Your personal content remains yours as between you and us, subject to the licenses needed to operate the service and the Privacy Policy.
6. Account security
You are responsible for securing your credentials and devices. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your account.
7. Subscriptions, shop & how we fund the product
Paid features (subscriptions, cosmetics) may be billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) or platform stores when applicable. Taxes, refunds, and billing disputes follow the processor/store rules and any in-product disclosures.
Web subscriptions are typically billed on a recurring monthly (or other disclosed) cycle and renew automatically until you cancel. Price and interval are shown at checkout and in receipts. One-time shop items (e.g. cosmetics) are charged when you purchase and do not renew.
You may cancel or manage billing at any time via the in-app manage-billing / subscription controls, which open our payment processor’s Customer Portal (or the applicable app store subscription settings when you purchased through a platform store). After you cancel a subscription, access generally continues until the end of the paid period already purchased, unless a disclosure says otherwise. Updating your payment method and viewing invoices is available through the same portal where offered.
Beyond optional paid features, O-Find may be sustained in material part by data-informed products: aggregated / de-identified insights derived from use of the service (Privacy Policy §6). That model is intended to keep private partner communication workable without relying only on cosmetics or subscriptions. It is not permission to sell identifiable intimate content as an advertising targeting package.
8. Optional recommendations
If you enable product recommendations, we may suggest third-party products using preference signals. Affiliate commissions may apply. You can disable recommendations in settings when that control is available. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Recommendation partners do not receive your identifiable intimate content as an open dossier; any use of preference signals for recommendations is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Sensitive preference data
Intimacy-related answers are sensitive personal data. Day-to-day access inside the product is limited to you and mutually connected partners for sections you have not hidden. We do not send identifiable intimate content to advertisers as ad-targeting profiles. Aggregated / de-identified learning from preference patterns is governed by Privacy Policy §6.
10. Disclaimers
O-Find is a private communication and preference tool, not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. The service is provided “as is” within the limits of applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Version identifier: 2026-08-11. If a summary in the app conflicts with the Privacy Policy or these Terms, the Privacy Policy (for data practices) and these Terms (for the rest) control, in that order for data topics.
